Flat-rate shipping to the US, Canada, and EU. Free delivery on orders over $75.

We currently ship to:
- United States — all 50 states
- Canada — all provinces and territories
- European Union — all EU member states
2. Shipping Rates
- United States: $5.99 flat rate
- Canada: $9.99 flat rate
- European Union: $12.99 flat rate
Free shipping on all orders over $75 (before tax).
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
- Canada: 5–10 business days after shipment
- European Union: 7–14 business days after shipment
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking numbers are sent via email when your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact support@pupden.shop.
6. Customs and Duties (International)
International orders (Canada and EU) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
7. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to locate your order or arrange a replacement.
